Digital automotive experts AUTOi have recently launched an innovative, trade only, online auction & vehicle trading platform to follow on from their successful vehicle appraisal system. The new platform allows dealers to send digital appraisals complete with photos and videos into a variety of listing formats at the click of a button.

Powered by HPI, the complete AUTOi Vehicle Remarketing System allows dealers to professionally appraise vehicles, provenance check and value them with HPI integration and list them for sale in a variety of formats from Standard Auctions, Fixed Price Listings and Private Auctions.

Dealers can now achieve more money for their part exchanges and overage stock by listing cars for sale with up to 9 pictures and 2, 2 minute-long videos giving buyers far more confidence to transact online due to the high quality of the descriptions.

By working closely with dealers AUTOi has created a system that puts far more detail and transparency into the trade-to-trade market. Sebastien Duval, Managing Director of AUTOi: "We spent many hours consulting with dealers to fully understand their needs and create a system that both buyers and sellers want. With this feedback we set about creating a platform that is far more functional, flexible and less expensive than current offerings, and cars are listed for sale with accurate descriptions. I'm pleased to say that initial feedback has suggested we are getting it right and are providing both buyers and sellers with a far better experience for less money than they have been used to".

With all listings containing multiple photos, accurate descriptions, many with video presentations and a feedback rating system the new AUTOi platform is generating real confidence when buying online. One such customer who has experienced the benefits of the accurately described listings is Paul Molavi owner of Coastline Cars.

Paul comments, "I've been really impressed with just how good the system is and especially the quality of the adverts. I've lost count of the amount of times I've had a description of the car over the phone described as immaculate only to find out once I've travelled there that it needs all kinds of work done to it. This generally involves me losing precious time and money, but now I can sit back study the photos, damage descriptions and video presentation of a car on offer and make my own mind up as to the real condition and value of the vehicle."

2013 has been a year of growth and innovation for the team at AUTOi and 2014 already looks like it's going to get even better. "We've got many more exciting developments due for release over the next 3 months which will make dealers process's even more streamlined. We are continuing to work with other automotive suppliers to create an open system that integrates the best systems on the market. Integrating with other specialists allows us to give dealers a platform, which takes the best of everything available and make it accessible all in one place". Adds Adam King Commercial Director of AUTOi.
